🌤️ Weather in Hangzhou
Hangzhou enjoys a mild, subtropical monsoon climate with four distinct seasons.
The best time to visit is from March to May and September to November, when temperatures are comfortable (18–28°C), skies are clear, and nature is at its most poetic.
Spring brings cherry blossoms along West Lake and gentle drizzle — perfect for tea tasting in Longjing Village.
Autumn offers golden ginkgo trees, crisp air, and the famous osmanthus fragrance — ideal for hiking and cultural exploration.
Summer (June–August) can be hot and humid (up to 35°C) with occasional typhoons.
Winter (December–February) is cool but rarely freezing, with occasional light snow dusting the pagodas.
